By purchasing or using a Carlsen Ventures software package, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our packages.
Carlsen Ventures is an authorized software reseller that provides business software packages — including e-commerce, marketing automation, and AI tools — together with configuration, guided onboarding, training, and a defined support window. These terms form the agreement between you ("Client") and Carlsen Ventures ("we," "us").
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and tools included in your selected package for your own business. Package contents, features, and the length of your support window are as described at the time of purchase. We may substitute components of comparable function where a provider changes or discontinues a tool.
Packages are sold for a one-time fee as listed (Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise). The fee covers the license and the setup, onboarding, and support described for that tier. Unless expressly stated, the fee does not include third-party costs such as domain registration, payment-processing fees, advertising spend, or optional add-on services, which are your responsibility.

All platform software, templates, and materials we provide remain the property of Carlsen Ventures or its licensors, and are licensed — not sold — to you. Content you supply (your brand, products, and customer data) remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to configure and operate your package on your behalf.
The software and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carlsen Ventures disclaims all implied warranties. We make no guarantee of any sales, revenue, profit, or business result, and no statement by us should be understood as such a guarantee. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your package will not exceed the amount you paid for that package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All sales are final, except that you may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase provided implementation has not begun. After that, or once work has begun, fees are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details and how to request a refund within the window.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at your time of purchase governs that purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, and the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing other remedies.
